Stressed Out?

This morning, while on my way to the office, I came across a classmate of mine back in college.  I commented of her being so blooming and pretty and in return she mentioned that I looked stressed out.  Huh?  Me?  Stressed out?  SO when I arrived at the office, I went immediately to the ladies’ CR to look at myself in the mirror.  (Hehehe!  Vain jud wui…)  I guess I just lack some sleep and exercise and I should minimize thinking of my financial problems and other nonsense. Hmmm!  Yes that’s it.  But stressed out?  I really don’t think so.  Especially in my work.  Hmmm!

Varsity Jacket

Last Saturday, after my cousins Chay, Jojie and I went to the eye doctor, we agreed that we will go to SM Department Store to buy new shoes for me and Chay before going to the grocery store.  After buying the shoes, while on our way to the grocery store, we passed by a store that will embroider things like, jackets, t-shirts and caps.  We decided to check it out upon seeing the cool varsity jacket.  But the jacket was way to expensive.  I asked Chay if she knows a place that makes nice varsity jackets.  She mentioned that she knows a place somewhere in Mandaue.  I’ll try to check that place out some time from now.  How about you, do you any place that will make a nice varsity jacket like the picture above?

The Spectacles

Last June, we had our Annual Physical Exam.  When the result came out, as usual, one of the recommendations was for me to see an eye doctor.  For the nth time, I just ignored it.  But last Friday, because I was experiencing the time to time headache and nauseous feeling, I decided to go see an eye doctor during the weekends.  So yesterday, I went to De Los Reyes Optical, SM Branch and had an eye exam.  The exam took so long since the doctor doesn’t want to issue me a very high-grade lenses.  So she kept on lessening the grade of the lenses for me to test until I’ve settled to the lenses which I can clearly see the letters and lines on the screen and she felt comfortable to issue.  I hope, I won’t experience the headache and nauseous feeling.

Pinch Me Baby

On my way home this afternoon from SM, three of the many passengers inside the jeepney that I rode were a husband, wife and their little girl.  At the time the jeepney passed by at Marteres Street, I’ve noticed that the husband was pinching his wife’s hands.  I thought that he was just being naughty, being lambing.  But then the husband pinched the wife again and this time, he signaled to the wife that it was time for her to pay the jeepney fare.  After that,  I just ignored it and focused my attention to the other passengers.  But when we were already in front of Cebu Metropolitan Cathedral, the husband pinched the wife again and signaled to her that they will now get off.  When they were already gone, I then thought that the pinching of the husband to his wife was really odd.  Can’t he talk?(well he can, since he was the one who told the driver that they will be getting off…)  I really did not like the husband’s way of getting through his wife.  I really hope, in time that I will be getting married, I hope my husband won’t do that.

Someday I will Meet You

Haven’t Met You Yet – Michael Buble

I’m not surprised, not everything lasts
I’ve broken my heart so many times, I stopped keeping track
Talk myself in, I talk myself out
I get all worked up, then I let myself down

I tried so very hard not to lose it
I came up with a million excuses
I thought, I thought of every possibility

And I know someday that it’ll all turn out
You’ll make me work, so we can work to work it out
And I promise you, kid, that I give so much more than I get
I just haven’t met you yet

I might have to wait, I’ll never give up
I guess it’s half timing, and the other half’s luck
Wherever you are, whenever it’s right
You’ll come out of nowhere and into my life

And I know that we can be so amazing
And, baby, your love is gonna change me
And now I can see every possibility

And somehow I know that it’ll all turn out
You’ll make me work, so we can work to work it out
[. From: .]
And I promise you, kid, I give so much more than I get
I just haven’t met you yet

They say all’s fair
In love and war
But I won’t need to fight it
We’ll get it right and we’ll be united

And I know that we can be so amazing
And being in your life is gonna change me
And now I can see every single possibility

And someday I know it’ll all turn out
And I’ll work to work it out
Promise you, kid, I’ll give more than I get
Than I get, than I get, than I get

Oh, you know it’ll all turn out
And you’ll make me work so we can work to work it out
And I promise you kid to give so much more than I get
Yeah, I just haven’t met you yet

I just haven’t met you yet
Oh, promise you, kid
To give so much more than I get

I said love, love, love, love
Love, love, love, love
(I just haven’t met you yet)
Love, love, love, love
Love, love
I just haven’t met you yet

Travel and Love

traveling has become one of my passion.  i fell inlove with it when i went to singapore a few years before.  after that trip, i told myself that before marrying the person God has planned for me to spend my whole life with, i will travel as much as i could.  travel to see the world.  travel to learn from other people.  travel while helping other people.  and now, i want to travel alone and fall inlove along the way.  to find that one person whom i can share my passion of traveling and entrust my heart to him.

Note:  Thanks to Kring2x for the quote…

write the things you want to say
write the words that is in your mind
write the words that is in your heart

write to keep you awake when you feel sleepy
